I have a love for photography and a desire to stay active. I have found that taking photo walks, whether in the city or in the midst of nature, with my camera takes my mind off the fact that I am actually exercising. Walking in a news scenery each time often gives me the opportunity to exercise, meditate and photograph many beautiful photos also.

There are many ways people decide to get their exercise and some are more creative than others. We get so busy with our daily lives at work and at school and forget to get our exercise. Staying active doesn’t have to be a chore. We generally think of exercise as an annoyance but we are here to tell you it’s not like that at all.
If you play different games such as disc golf frequently, you will realize how much walking you actually do but at the same time, it’s an amazing time with your friends also. The amount of walking and hiking you do while you play is at least a couple miles for each course.
